AFS provides heavy-duty truck and trailer repair, fleet maintenance services, roadside assistance, and related services. Services are provided at customer sites, roadside, and at our service locations.
4. Customer Obligations

5. Service Requests
Service requests can be submitted via our website, email, SMS, or phone. By using our SMS texting service, you consent to receive SMS notifications related to your service requests. Reply STOP anytime to opt-out. Message and data rates may apply.
6. Payment Terms
All services rendered by AFS are payable upon completion unless previously agreed upon in writing. Accepted payment methods include credit card, ACH, or check. Late payments may incur additional fees.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
